What is the future climatology forecast for California? Where does our water come from and where does it go? Is the existing hydrology and water delivery system sufficient for the future? How will our water be allotted if we have a drought or reduced water supply due to climate change or some emergency? Whose water supply will be cut and who determines this? How safe is our water? Should we be considering “smart growth?” What is the future of dams?
