“The world needs young leaders who can dream of a more just world and who have the skills to turn their dreams into reality.” More than one hundred fifty years ago, the Rev. Thomas Starr King was a UU minister, young adult and spiritual activist who saved California for the Union. His statue now graces the grounds of the state Capitol. UU young adults have amazing gifts and deep commitments that could do for all of us today what Starr King did in his day. |
